If 2020 has taught me anything it is that nothing goes as planned.
Just like many of you, I found myself having to adjust my course, questioning everything, making quick, guided ‘risky’ decisions and came away a little confused as to what the heck actually happened!
Claircognizance is clear knowing – denouncing our logical brain and trusting our inner knowing. Sometimes what we come up with logically is what our soul knows to be true and the very message spirit is asking to be shared.
From sensing the change of temperature in a room, to difficulty breathing, internal sensations such as pain and discomfort in the body, to breezes, energetic cobwebs, the touch of a hand or a soft caress across the cheek – this is Clairsentience.
Clairaudience is hearing beyond the physical realm into the higher realms of consciousness. It is hearing the messages from loved ones in spirit, guidance from the angels, and the wisdom of the ascended masters and the loving voice of God, the Creator of All That Is.
A clairvoyant defines a medium who can ‘see’ images, visions, apparitions, symbols, orbs and the answers before it is physically known; clairvoyants have a keen sense of perception.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grieving is not something you should be expected to simply “get over”. Rather, it is a process of learning how to live in a world without your loved one. It is quite normal to experience a variety of high and low emotions over a long period of time. You rise and fall and rise again.
The Universe is all about balance. Each of us has a different sense as to what balance is for us. Sometimes (like these times we are in) things can be disruptive to our equilibrium especially when we do not listen to that little voice inside of us.
Okay, honestly…. I didn’t get it! I had no idea what the heck was going on. It was as if all of a sudden everyone was either buying toilet paper, joking about toilet paper or ridiculing those who were buying it.
Meditation has been one of the best practices I have ever committed to.
It has helped me immensely in reducing stress, calming the negative mind-chatter, it is why I play nice with others and feel happier over-all. It has helped me kick depression, manage anxiety, over-come insomnia.
