Your Experience & Responsibility

By participating in experiences, private support, retreats, programs, events, sessions, or offerings shared through Bonnie Wirth, you acknowledge that your choices, interpretations, actions, and personal wellbeing remain your own responsibility.

This work is designed to support reflection, awareness, healing, growth, and emotional exploration, but it is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. If you are navigating significant mental health concerns, trauma-related crises, or medical conditions requiring professional care, you are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

— Sessions & Appointments —

All private sessions and appointments are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice to allow your payment to be fully transferred to a future appointment at no additional charge.

Changes made within 24-hours of your appointment are subject to a $35 administration fee. Missed appointments are non-refundable, and additional time beyond your scheduled session will be billed at $110 per half-hour.

— Personalized Support Programs —

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your personalized support program, with the remaining balance due 14-days prior to your first scheduled session. Programs beginning within that timeframe require full payment upon confirmation.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice should you need to reschedule a session.

In the event of illness, death, or unforeseen circumstances, remaining balances for unused sessions may be refunded excluding the retainer fee.

Should you choose to discontinue your program prior to your first scheduled session, payments are refundable excluding the retainer fee. Once your program has commenced, payments become non-refundable due to the preparation, reserved space, and personalized support involved in your experience.

Programs may be transferred within 30-days of cancellation and are subject to a $75 administration fee plus applicable taxes. Completed sessions will be deducted from the remaining transferable balance.

— Personal Retreat Experiences — 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your retreat experience, with the remaining balance due 14-days prior to your scheduled retreat date. Retreats booked within that timeframe require full payment upon confirmation.

Should you need to reschedule your retreat, please reach out as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to graciously accommodate schedule changes whenever possible, however rescheduling does not alter the original financial agreement or payment commitments associated with your retreat.

In the event of illness, death, or unforeseen circumstances, monies paid beyond the non-refundable deposit and accommodation-related expenses may be refunded accordingly.

Should you choose to cancel your retreat within 14-days of your scheduled experience, payments become non-refundable due to the preparation, planning, reserved space, and personalized support involved in creating your retreat.

If a retreat experience must be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Bonnie Wirth, a full refund will be issued accordingly.

— Workshops & Seminars — 

Should you no longer be able to attend a workshop or seminar, cancellations made 14-days prior to the experience are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7-days of the event are non-refundable.

Registrations may be fully transferred up to 7-days prior to the experience with advance notice.

— Group Retreat Experiences —

Attendance is guaranteed for all registrations confirmed prior to 14-days before the retreat experience. Registrations received after this timeframe are subject to availability.

Participation fees become non-refundable within 14-days of the retreat and may be transferred up to 7-days prior to the experience. 

Should a retreat experience be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid may be transferred or fully refunded accordingly. If a retreat experience is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Bonnie Wirth, a full refund will be issued.

— Event Tickets & Live Experiences — 

Event tickets become non-refundable 3-days following purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with a minimum of 3-days notice prior to the event.

Should an event be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Bonnie Wirth, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
