What’s On Your Mind?

It is said that approximately 80% of our thoughts tend to lean toward the negative. It's quite alarming, isn't it? This stat highlights a profound reality of our human condition—the weight of inherited conditioning and the paradigms that are unconsciously creating our life without our knowing.

From birth, we've taken on beliefs, values, and perceptions from our experiences, our families, cultures, and society. These are the frameworks for what creates the paradigms, or mental models, through which we interpret our reality. They can unconsciously lead us to adopt a more negative view of the world—survival, fear, and limitation. On a deeper level, this urge comes from our ego's instinct to keep ourselves playing it safe and playing small.

Every paradigm and limiting belief we hold carries its own vibrational frequency

Every paradigm and limiting belief we hold carries its own vibrational frequency, influencing our experiences and the reality we perceive. Our thoughts are not just random ideas; they emit energy that shapes our lives and draws to us experiences and circumstances that resonate with that energy—essentially, like attracts like. Positive beliefs and thoughts generate higher frequencies, attracting uplifting experiences, while negative beliefs resonate at lower frequencies, often leading to challenges.

For much of my life, I was entrenched in a pattern of negative thinking. My internal landscape mirrored the trauma and deep wounds I carried. My life seemed like a relentless series of obstacles, and I was convinced that I had nothing of value to offer. This shaped my perception of the world and myself, distorting my sense of worthiness into a surreal concept and preventing me from connecting with my true self.

However, I recognize now that these limiting beliefs carried a low vibrational frequency, which ultimately was attracting experiences that matched that energy. Hence what seemed like "ceaseless suffering". And why the cycles of conditioning kept me stuck. It was all vibration. I was vibing low, so I was unconsciously creating low vibe experiences. My paradigms and beliefs were both a shield and a prison, barriers that were keeping me from experiencing joy, creativity, and fulfillment in my life.

The only limits in our life are those we impose on ourselves ― Bob Proctor

Our subconscious mind is a vast reservoir of beliefs, experiences, and conditions from the past. An internal database that runs on autopilot, leading us to react instinctively in negative ways. The idea of survival is rooted deep in our psyche; our ego prioritizes safety over risk, often overshadowing our capacity for positivity and growth.

Our consciousness is not a static entity confined to the routines of our daily lives; it is a dynamic force, a living energy that shapes our perceptions, behaviors, and ultimately, our realities.  It transcends the limitations of time and space, interconnected not only with our individual lives but with the collective human experience.

Pivoting as a Simple Step Forward

The good news is that we are not bound to these inherited patterns. We can unravel the layers of subconscious negativity and rewire our thought processes to cultivate new pathways in our brain to break free from past conditioning, embrace our true potential, and attract experiences that resonate with our higher selves, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and abundant life.

This is not merely about positive thinking; it requires an active engagement with our inner landscape. Here is a good place to start:

  1. Challenge Your Beliefs: Question the validity of your negative beliefs. Are they true? Are they serving your current needs? Engaging with these beliefs critically allows for the seeds of doubt to be planted in the negative conditioning, creating space for new, empowering beliefs to take root. Closely examine and evaluate their impact on your life, This simple process can begin to dismantle the false narratives that no longer serve you and give you a sense of agency over your life.
  2. Reframe Your Perspective: Actively practice reframing situations that trigger negative thoughts. Instead of saying, "I can't do this," shift to, "I am learning how to do this." This small change can create significant shifts in one's self-perception and potential. This shift not only enhances your motivation but also empowers you to approach difficulties with curiosity and determination, enabling you to take proactive steps
  3. Visualization: Utilize the power of visualization to reinforce a new mindset. Picture yourself living the life you desire—immersing yourself in the details of this reality, from the sights and sounds to the emotions you feel. Imagine the challenges you overcome and the achievements you celebrate. By creating this vivid mental imagery, you condition your mind to recognize these possibilities as attainable, strengthening your belief in your own capabilities.

Every small step counts! So, please don't shy away from the challenge. Remember sweet friends, the path to a fulfilling life is not just a hope, but a possibility waiting to be realized. Trust in your ability to create the life you've always envisioned.
