Elevating Your Vibe

When I first started out on my healing journey, I kept hearing about the importance of raising my vibration. Whether I was in a healing session, chatting with my mentor, or receiving guidance from my guides and angels, everyone seemed to say the same thing: If I raised my vibe, everything I wanted to create and manifest in my life would start to fall into place.

I remember one day when I was driving home, deep in thought about a session I just had with a medium and healer I had been working with. I kept thinking about something she had said, "You just need to raise your vibration Bonnie. Everything you've been praying for is just out of reach right now. It's just outside your door. Raise your vibration and you'll be able to grab hold of it."

“Okay, I just need to raise my vibration". But then it hit me: Wait, what the heck was vibration? I was totally baffled. Being new to this whole holistic thing, I was confused and, honestly, a bit naive about what it all meant. But no matter what, I was determined to figure it out and make it happen.

 

Understanding Vibrational Frequency

Everything in the universe is energy, including our thoughts, emotions, and surroundings. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency, and as human beings, we too have our unique vibrations influenced by our feelings and intentions. When your vibrational frequency is high, you attract positive experiences, opportunities, and relationships, while a low vibration can lead to feelings of stagnation and negativity. Simply stated, when you feel positive emotion, you are in a high vibe. When you are in a funk, its a low vibe.

 

Elevating your vibe is not just a personal choice; it's a deliberate, conscious commitment to transforming your life.

It goes beyond simply wanting to feel good—it’s about actively taking charge of your energy and your life. When you decide to raise your vibration, you're making a powerful statement to the universe that you are ready for positive change and growth. It invites you to deepen your connection with yourself and the Universe by shedding negative conditioning and limiting beliefs, opening up space for personal and spiritual growth.

It's about creating harmony within yourself, doing the work to cultivate a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others, and ultimately moving beyond the story that has been keeping you stuck. It's about worthiness and unconditional love. An intentional shift in your energy that ripples through every aspect of your life.  It’s a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: Regular mindfulness practices can help you stay grounded and aware of your thoughts and feelings. Meditation allows you to connect with your inner self and the Universe. These practices not only promote emotional clarity but also enhance your intuition, helping you tune into the subtle messages and guidance the Universe has to offer. As you incorporate this into your daily routine, you create a deeper sense of peace and alignment, empowering you to navigate life with a heightened awareness and an open heart.
  • Healthy Lifestyle Choices: Nourish your body with wholesome foods, regular exercise, and hydration. A balanced lifestyle supports mental clarity and emotional well-being, allowing you to function at your best both physically and mentally. When you fuel your body with nutrient-rich foods, engage in regular physical activity, and stay properly hydrated, you create an optimal environment for your mind to thrive. This holistic approach not only boosts your energy levels but also enhances your mood, reducing stress and anxiety. As you feel better physically, you naturally cultivate a more positive outlook on life, making it easier to stay aligned with your goals and maintain a higher vibrational frequency.
  • Surround Yourself with Positivity: Evaluate your environment and the company you keep. Surround yourself with uplifting people, experiences, and influences that resonate with your elevated vibe. This intentional choice is crucial because the energy of those around you can significantly impact your own vibe. Positive, supportive relationships foster growth, inspire creativity, and reinforce a sense of belonging, while toxic or negative influences can drain your energy and hinder your progress.
  • Express Gratitude: Incorporating gratitude into your daily life shifts your focus from lack to abundance, reinforcing a higher frequency and transforming your overall outlook. By consciously acknowledging and appreciating the blessings, big and small, that surround you, you begin to cultivate a mindset of positivity and abundance. This practice not only enhances your emotional well-being but also helps you recognize the wealth of opportunities available to you.
