Stronger Together—What Every Medium Needs to Know

Shifting from religious fear to Higher Identity embodiment as a vessel for the spirit world.

Honouring my journey: This post was originally shared in 2025 and seems even more relevant today—refreshed with new wisdom on May 14, 2026.

I was raised Catholic, a foundation that laid a rich and intricate map for my faith. Even now, I can look back and feel a sense of gratitude for the structured community, the profound rituals, and the moral guidance it offered me. Those early years instilled a deep understanding of right and wrong and a solid belief in a Higher Power. But there was a shadow side to that upbringing. Those same teachings created a debilitating fear of the spiritual experiences I was having. I felt torn, caught in a violent tug-of-war between my faith and the unsettling unknown of the spirit world and my angelic encounters.

For a long time, I lived in the grip of a narrative that told me I was inherently flawed. I was convinced I was a terrible person whose very soul was doomed. I had internalized the idea that the supernatural was outside of God’s domain. Any attempt to explore my true self felt like an affront to my faith: a terrifying whisper in the back of my mind asked: Perhaps the devil truly does have a hold on me?

The Internal Struggle and the Tightrope of Morality

This conflict wasn't just a quiet thought; it was a soul-level crisis. As I began to challenge the doctrines that shaped my beliefs about worthiness and God, I started asking the heavy questions that many of us in this work eventually face:

  • Why did God create me this way if it wasn't meant to be used?
  • How could one faith be the sole path to truth while every other religion was deemed "wrong"?
  • Does the route we take to reach God actually matter, or is the intention to reach Him the only thing that counts?
  • What is Jesus truly trying to communicate to us about love and our own divine nature?

I yearned for clarity. I needed a more inclusive understanding of faith that embraced compassion and the shared spiritual journey of humanity. I needed to know myself: and I needed to understand what I was experiencing firsthand with the unseen world through my soul senses.

Even while I was asking these questions and felt instinctively pulled to explore an alternative path, the fear was paralyzing. I suppressed, avoided, and denied my gifts at all costs. This internal struggle fueled some of my darkest days, walking a tightrope of morality where I constantly grappled with the thought that my spiritual experiences were evidence of something forbidden. I was scared, lonely, and desperate to know my place in the world.

From the Piscean Era to the Aquarian Age

What I experienced isn't unique to me. Throughout history, particularly during the Piscean era, mediumship has been met with skepticism and fear. This fear is rooted in the rigid structures of organized religion and societal norms that demanded we stay small and "safe" within the box of tradition. It is this fear-based consciousness that has stifled our authentic self-expression. It has led so many gifted mediums to believe that their beautiful gifts: communicating with those who have passed, connecting with angels, or engaging with Higher Consciousness: are sinister.

This conditioning is deeply entrenched in our Western culture. Sadly, it’s often the very thing that keeps talented mediums from stepping forward to help others, even when their souls are screaming for them to do so.

But we are on the cusp of a new era. This Aquarian age grants us permission to be authentic, to express our individuality, and to embrace our "woo-woo" without apology. The world as we have known it is changing. As a Spiritual Medium, I believe we can no longer hide in the shadows. Our work helps create pathways for individuals to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. We provide effective ways for emotional and spiritual transformation that conventional methods simply cannot touch.

Closing the Gap: The Integrity of the Work

I feel a deep passion to reaffirm the integrity and significance of this profound healing work. Skepticism still exists, of course, but I’ve come to understand that it isn't my job to convince anyone or change their mind. My job is to be available, to be in service, and to ensure that all is right with my soul by honouring my dharmic responsibility. I am here to be a source of love and support for those who seek it.

No matter what the naysayers believe, nothing can convince me that this work is not holy or of God. When I witness the miracles that take place in someone’s life from a single word shared by a loved one on the other side: that is what matters. That is where we see Deep Transformation in action.

In today’s world of discord and uncertainty, our gifts are needed more than ever. Every interaction we have has the potential to spark courage and reinforce the need for our work. We are being called to rise up and honour the work our souls promised to do.

Two Requirements for the Modern Medium

To truly step into this calling and achieve Higher Identity embodiment, there are two things we must do as a community.

1. The Deep Work (Spirit, Mind, and Body Integration)

We need to do our deeper work. This means healing our wounds, traumas, and inherited conditioning: whether they come from this lifetime or past ones. We must be committed to unravelling the beliefs and paradigms operating behind the scenes that contribute to fear-based misconceptions about mediumship.

This is a Spirit–Mind–Body process.

  • Spirit: We align with our soul's blueprint and the frequency of Source, realizing that our gifts are a natural extension of our divine nature.
  • Mind: We dismantle the "ghosts in the machine": those old Catholic or societal scripts that tell us we are flawed: and replace them with a mindset of worthiness.
  • Body: We regulate our nervous systems so we can hold the high-frequency energy of Spirit without burning out. When our biology feels safe, we can close the gap between spiritual truth and our lived reality.

The lighter we become, the more light can work through us. This energetic expansion significantly uplevels our ability to serve as an ambassador for the spirit world, improving the quality of every reading and transformation we facilitate.

2. Breaking the Stigma and Building Unity

We need to break down the stigmas surrounding our work by embracing our roles as healers and truth-tellers without reservation. This means talking about our experiences openly, without judging them as "crazy." As stories of spirit phenomena become normalized, acceptance can flourish.

Part of breaking the stigma also requires us to be better to each other. Competition, jealousy, and fear undermine our collective power. If we don’t have unity within our own community, it becomes nearly impossible to override the fear-based consciousness of the world. We must celebrate each other's unique gifts, recognizing that every contribution enriches the collective.

Stronger Together: A Collective Awakening

Cultivating a spirit of unity requires a true sense of community. By uplifting one another, we make it easier for everyone to answer their call to serve, ensuring that the legacy of mediumship continues to thrive for generations.

As mediums, we are instrumental in helping humanity navigate the labyrinth of grief and emotional turmoil. Our work is the essence of interconnectedness: it lies in the recognition that we are all connected, not just with each other or those on the other side, but with the universe itself.

We thrive when we are connected. We need each other just as much as the world needs us. If you are ready to refine your connection and ground these high-frequency gifts into your human reality, I invite you to explore the Mediumship Academy or join us at our upcoming events.

Let’s stop hiding. Let’s start leading. We are stronger together.
